We are looking for amazing people for our leadership team. You will help lead the store operationally and oversee all aspects of the store. You will report directly to the Operator and work alongside our leadership team.
You will be leading a store with a team of 60-85 employees and will serve thousands of guests daily. You will have the opportunity to help shape and strategically plan for the future of the store while we seek to advance our vision to be an "unexpected oasis" in Moncks Corner.
The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude who is looking to lead in a fast-paced work environment. This is a leadership position with our organization. Extensive experience in Hospitality will be considered but previous Chick-fil-A experience at the senior leadership level is strongly preferred.
